HA! ^__^ Das is Leiptsch *lach* meine Geburtsstadt!!!

I've been in that trainstation not long ago - less than a month - and it totally surprised me. We don't have that kind of stuff in Portugal; it's so beautiful, impressive actually.
amazing capture by the way

the noise and sepia really do it.. create the proper athmosphere ... the linework in this shot is really great ... nice job!

...but you still can't stop it looking retro-spacy. A nice effect. We had our town's station renovated a few years ago, replacing the old victorian pigeon mansion. It's cool and space-age but the walls are blue tiles, like public toilets somebody once said to me. The truth is you can't get better than the old tough iron structures like this.

fantastic.. sort of looks like an airplane hanger crossed with a train station from the 1800's. it's fabulously clean too, i am amazed.

Amazing, truely. A nice 'unsharp mask' filter would have improved the clarity slightly.
Just great though, fair play

Hm.... I wish time would change a bit faster in Hungary too! Most of all in Budapest at the West- East- and South- Train Stations. Probably most of you know what an important role Hungary played helping to knock down The Wall. But we still have our dirty train stations! It's all the more a pity because the West Train Station in Budapest is a beautiful constuction designed by the Eiffel Company. It would cerainly be comparable with the train station in Lepzig if it had been so perfectly rennovated. One gets to understand slowly what the German expression 'Muster Ländle' means....
