the uncanny valley is the place between where something looks real and where it looks fake, it is named so because when people see it, it kind of freaks them out. think of those weird japanese robots, or SFM ponies, they look rather real, but still come off as unsettling.

I also noticed that this drawing has a werid, almost 3D effect that makes the lines blurry. Do you see that? It's most noticeable around the ear- it's blurry in a weird way.
