Yes, if you have anders along you can have the option to look out for gray wardens or kill her to put her out of her misery. She leaves your party regardless though.

Become a warrior or a rogue, Bethany lives. When you go to depproad the 1st time with varric, bring anders and Bethany along. She contacts the taint, Anders' warden sense will tingle, and they'll find other wardens, who will help her. Same can be done with Carver.
