Here's another Dragon Tattoo design. I'm thinking about drawing some more tribal designs and submitting them on dA. I had a reference for this picture. I'm practicing drawing some tribal stuff with references before I start coming up with some of my own designs.Anyways, enjoy. I figured I would submit something because I haven't submitted any actual 'artwork' lately.... just sketches and other random stuff.
Done in my sketchbook, with permenant marker and India ink, and then cleaned up using Photoshop.
Oh, the Japanese symbol at the bottom means 'bravery.'

My only thing would be, if you don't want this is as a huge tattoo, is to take away the kanji at the bottom. it's a little superfluous and distracts from the rest, and if it were a tattoo it would have to be GIGANTIC in order for all the detail to show up. Great for a portfolio, not so great for an actual piece.
I love it though, that being said.

Sweet design dude! I love the fire coming out of the mouth. the twisting of the tail and body are also great. This is a pretty nice drawing from a reference. Nice Job! I love the symbol at the bottom and the design of the wings.
