Oh, it was in Batman Adventures Annual #1. It was about Bats rogues trying to get straight. Scarecrow's story was good, I liked it. Also it featured Harley, Ventriloquist and Roxy.

Yeah it was much more streamlined in the show but that's mainly because that was their goal with the series.Β
