Personality:

    Celie was first known to be a rather shy girl around new people due to her past. She may not be as shy anymore, but she’s still wary of new people. She uses loves baking and is usually found in the Lune kitchen baking something for Leemon or just making something just to calm herself down.

Background:

Celie was born in Jamaica, from a Jamaican mother and a Japanese father; she lived on the small island for the first five years of her life. The young girl found it wasn’t easy to make friends on the island since she had interracial parents; some of the children at her school teased her non-stop. The young parents thought that their daughter would do better if they moved to Japan since most of Noboru’s family lived there. He hoped being closer to the other half of her family would help the girl come out of her shell. To say the least, the move didn’t go well with Celie. This time she was again picked on this time for her lack of knowledge in the Japanese language. She grew up with partially no friends at all; Celie became shy and antisocial with the other kids in her classes.
                Thus her parents even forced her into group therapy sessions, hoping that it would help their beloved daughter make more friends. This method didn't work as they planned it only made things worst. Celie would only sit in a corner and listen to the other children talk. As the years pass things only seem to gotten worst for the girl, and her family slowly started to give up on her, and with more kids showing up, Celie’s social went on the back burner.
                As the years passed her parents became too busy with their jobs and left Celie in charge in taking care of her younger siblings. She soon became a somewhat like a mother figure to them, taking care of them. Feeding them and paying the bills of the house, her siblings loved her for that and saw her as their real mother. Waking up early, making breakfast, going to school, coming home and making dinner became her new life. It didn’t bother her at all; it made her feel useful and wanted, besides her siblings never picked on her not once.
                One day after a trip from the store to pick up some things that the house needed. Something caught her attention it was a small voice calling her; she followed the small voice to a large strange looking egg. The egg glowed as the voice was coming from the large object. Not wanting to leave the egg alone she brought it home with her. She smuggled it into her house and hid it from her family. Every day until the egg hatched Celie would come home and goes straight to her room. To check on it, the egg seems to know when the girl was home or not, the egg gave Celie a warm feeling. Like she was meant to find it, and they were meant to be together as silly as it would sound to others it made perfect sense to Celie. When the egg hatched it wasn't what she expected, it was a small yellow puff ball that called itself Cubmon.
                Since Cubmon had hatched into Celie’s life, things began to change. Celie started to open up with others; her 360 turns in attitude surprised her family. They were extremely happy for of turn in events. That little fluff ball that called itself Cubmon was the little push that Celie needed to move forward in life. When Cubmon digivolve into her rookie form, Leemon, which surprised/scared her. The Digimon spooked the human and she had fun with it, playing pranks on the human was easier with her long limbs, but soon it became tiring. Leemon told the human about the digital world, and how she was a digmon tamer or, Leemon, wouldn’t be here. Celie at first didn’t believe what was being told to her. She, Cecilia ‘Celie’ Nakamura, was something grand as a Digimon tamer and Leemon was mistaken, the Digimon must have got the wrong human. Eventually, the Digimon convinced the human that she was her tamer, or she wouldn’t have heard her voice.

Additional Information: -She used to dance, but stopped when her instructor told her that she couldn’t anymore because ‘politely’ told her that ‘dancers can’t have hips and breasts’.

Personality Leemon was overly protective of her tamer Celie when she came to the Arcadium three years earlier. Since she was new to the whole making friends thing and was very shy with new people. She won't let anyone talk to Celie without going through her first, but since Celie had come out of her shell since then, Leemon lets Celie do as she pleases to a point. Leemon is extremely spoiled by Celie, she acts like a little lap cat. She said whatever is on her mind without even thinking about the feelings of the person that she is talking to. Leemon may seem like a heartless Digimon at the time, but she really cares for the people she holds close.

Additional info: She also goes by the name Katrine, ‘Kat’ for short. She feels that’s she is too special to be a bunch with the other ‘Leemons’ out there.
