I'd say tone down the breasts. If she works out alot, she probably won't have much fat tissue, so I don't think they'd be quite so...prominent
And didn't the amazonians cut off their left breast so they could use a bow properly?

It's been said that the term Amazon itself means "one breast". However, from what I've read, there's no proof of that, nor is there proof that the amazons, if they existed, engaged in that practice. It would have been stupid anyway, for obvious reasons, one of which you noted in your first reply.

well i dont wish to improve my backgroundmaking for my characters, so if you have any constructive crits on the technical aspect of my pic please say it. Amazons im talking about are the mythical ones. The real ones were black to start of... LOL and they DID cut off their tit to shoot the bow better... but theese are not the ones im talking about ok? There are many concepts of an Amazon...
