"Die Panzerfrau", as a character, is really great. This looked like you had fun creating and rendering out these model images. The helmet and gas mask are the signature marks to this characters looks. Not familiar with Sci-Fi channel or ..."Doomtrooper" (was it?) but you did better up upon it.

Just two smallish remarks (hope you don't mind).
The thigh profile looks a bit "bare" (the vastus lateralis shouldn't extend all the way to the hamstring, so maybe a "cut" or two would help).
Also, some texturing on the pelvis might make things more balanced (with the rips and striations on the rest of the body).
