My watercolour paints finally arrived and I didn't waste a single moment in putting them to useI wasn't going to put this up initially because it was my first time with watercolour paints but I figured it would be nice to get feedback so I know how to improve rather than relying completely on trial and error...so hit me with constructive criticism!
The eyes/eyelids/eyebrows were probably my favourite part...I thought I'd stuff them up for sure because I was working on such a small area with a brush but I didn't! And I ended up enjoying it a lot
I felt like I ruined the background...but it's starting to grow on me. It looked unfinished without one anyway:
sorry guys for uploading so frequently...I tend to draw more when I'm stressed or not feeling well so I'm afraid you guys have to suffer as well XD

Well i can't give you any tips haha. But it looks awesome!! The background looks great! Watercolors are supposed to look like that xD i like the skin tone colors you got. How many total colors did you get?

Have I told you how amazing you are lately? XD Thanks Chris I actually don't have a single skin tone colour XD I ended up mixing a brown and an orange and diluting it a lot...and I mean a lot but it worked out well so I'm happy ^_^ my pack has 24 colours but I only used 6 on this.

When you say pastels, are you talking about your pencils or everything? Haha am I missing something because of my Australianism? But I think that's part of why your work is so recognizable..your skin colour choices definitely play a role in it
I guess that means you will love me forever because I will forever keep telling you so you never forget it ^_^

Oh no i have oil pastels. I haven't used them on anything i've submitted obviously. I've just been fooling around with them.
