I have absolutely no idea why Sehlats fascinate me, but they really do - perhaps I'm just a teddy bear man at heart? (I really like your rendition of the species, as it has that "Teddy Bear" quality, while also looking like a pet you don't want to fool around with).

I always heard that a sehlat is like a bear, but some pictures make it look more like a bear body with a feline-like head. So yeah. (Maybe I'm just not good at descriptions...) :/

Well, i think sehlat has some features of cats. More agility and flexibility.
And the bearish skull does not have to saber-tooth
