EEh some days it's pretty good, other days it hurts like hell!
I was getting treatment at the physiotherapist I think earlier this year or last year?
but since I haven't been that good with doing the exercises they gave me after I stopped goingΒ
my hand has kind of gone back to the state where it were before I went to them.
I don't know if I should go back to them, continuing my treatment or if I should try something else.
