So, last year I pretty much fell off the face of the earth. But I am slowly climbing my way back up. To honor the road so far and to propel myself into the future I decided to do what may possibly be my favorite meme to hit the interwebs (with my own necessary adaptation; seeing as how I DONT DRAW
).Anywhos. If theres one thing I can say for myself is that I am not as scared to mess up anymore. Sometime in the last year I stopped thinking so much about 'what am I doing wrong' and moved on to the idea of 'what all can I do?'. I think that fear held me back for longer than I would like to admit. And now, I plan to work, experiment and study more. And *crosses fingers* continue to improve at a much steadier rate

Love the way your colouring technique has developed.
Whilst I can see nothing technically wrong with your original, the general colouring along with the light and shade do make the new version more visually appealing.
