I bought a cheap, pink shirt from the Mens section of a clothes shop in the UK, and the jumper was donated to me by a friend! Sorry it isn't very helpful! Ebay is your friend, and I'm sure you'll make an adorable 2P England. <3

Binding is really simple, but you have to be careful with it. If you bind too tightly, you can seriously effect your breathing and ribs. There are loads of websites that sell binders, and loads of handy guides (especially on tumblr!) on safe and cheap ways to bind! (The big no's to binding being bandages or ducktape) So before you start binding, please ensure that you do your research and look at the best ways to bind, without causing your body too much distress. <3 Cosplay is fun but it's not worth putting your health at risk for!

Bandages in general are a bad idea, as they're designed to compress for the purpose of preventing swelling. A lot of people have damaged their ribs/passed out/really effected their breathing because of binding this way too often.
Yeah, I've heard a LOT of horror stories over binding. But a friend of mine in the early days actually did try to use duct tape once, and apparently it had been suggested to her as a technique (for open-chest binding) and it took off a good couple of layers of skin, and she still has scars because of it now

A cheap way is buying two sports bras (one a smaller size than the other) and wearing one on top of the other (and the top one being backwards)
Or hunt around for binders! There are some guides on how to make your own binder lying around!
