This looks like a scene from my area. I love it and I don't think it needs water.

The bad thing is, in a few weeks stuff will be so grow up shots like this will be impossible. There are so many falls and rock cliffs around here that can only be seen in winter-early spring.

We have areas that look like this all summer.

You MUST go back now! This is such a phenomenal shot without water, I can't imagine what it will be like with water! This is so fantastic! I see a wolf head in the very top of the stone! It's all about the animals. Wow...no, really, this is so awesome. Mind-blowing!

Hahah, well don't let me pressure you into it!
Well, it's supposed to rain for the next like...three days here. I think we have similar weather patterns so maybe you'll get some wonderful H2O soon?

TimLaSure In reply to FicktionPhotography [2009-04-20 02:21:39 +0000 UTC]

Raining here now and supposed to last through Tuesday. We need a big rain to get some high-quality H2O coming down that hill. Of course the bad part is the easiest way to hike up there is to walk on the big rocks in the creek so I might have to do more climbing.

Well, hopefully it'll be enough. All I know is that I think my sunflower seeds are drowning.

For some reason my 18-70 zoom isn't sending that piece of the EXIF info to the card. My guess is for this shot it was pretty wide, maybe 18mm.
