I agree with you on the reflections. Great! And these flamingos certainly get quite a helping of shrimp in their meals.

They are fed pellets with kerotine added. They certainly look very healthy on it. There are other types there that are not so brightly coloured but my shots of them were not good so I guess the species does make a difference. I'll see if I can find a half decent one. I have not yet mastered the art of photographing white in bright sunlight.

Yeah, the Chilean ones do have a different color. Those are what we have at our Zoo. They're so... coral. I guess that's the best way to describe the color.

I like the colours as well as the reflections and the nicely timed nice sharp focus on the subject.
