Inoue has always been a very quiet guy. As a child he was very small and thin, and learned the hard way that the older children and bigger children, just wanted him to keep his mouth shut. This along with having a lot of older siblings, he never really learned from childhood time how to get his opinion through. But besides this he was not much different from any other ordinary kid who was on the shy side. But as years passed on he of course did change - still he is a quiet type, but for many other reasons than just the natural one. The teenage years was especially a character developing time. Dealing with all sorts of teenage troubles, he faced so many ups and downs along with a couple of devastating heartbreaks, betrayal and even some trauma and depression, so he in the end simply just had enough. Being fed up with too many lies and too much trouble with basically everybody around him, he ended up shutting the doors in that thick wall he had always held around himself.
So to put it more simply; every teenager goes through different issues - many problems, many heartbreaks, but Inoue never had an easy time expressing his emtions, and so he didn't handle all these pretty common problems in his teenage years. It formed him into a very stoic kind of guy. He can often appear completely heartless as he no longer care much if he hurts someones feelings. When you first meet him, he might come off as very obnoxious and from time to other, depending on his mood he might even seem mean. He is thinking a lot about things and analyzes people around him, but at the end of the day he have made the desicion to care more for himself and his own well-being, than other people.
He is afraid of opening up to people, and doesn't like to talk about himself. He is much more of a listener than a talker, but when he finally do speak, you can be pretty sure that he have strong opinions, and he takes bullshit from nobody. He got a little bit of social anxiety and does not handle a lot of people looking at him at the same time very well, but he is trying to work with this as it through the years have been holding him back from a lot of things in his life that he wanted to do.

Bios:
The short version:
He was a frail kid with many siblings, and didnt' get much attention from his parents. he had one friend at school, but got bullied by some of the others. Nothing much out of an ordinary childhood. he got sick when h was around 9, but luckily did he manage to get better. He could be a bit of a problem child sometimes to his parents. his first love was the older sister of his best friend, but she rejected him. highschool was a rough time on him, just like for most other people as he was dealing with your usual teenage life of love problems, friendship and so on. he had some bad relationships which made him close off to new people after this. He worked for some time after highschool to pay for hs studies. his parents wanted him to study medicin, but as they cut him out of their life and kicked him out when he was 19(because he had gotten a boyfriend) he decided to follow his own heart and study music, since he had been interested in it since early childhood. he worked for a while at a big company, but also took a stop at a modeling company where he worked as a model for a few months. Later on he ended up working at a hostclub on the side of his studies. This only lasted for a short while, as it just wasn't his type of job. in stead he managed to find a nice job in a bookstore not far from uni.

The long version:
Being the youngest in a family with 7 children, Inoue never got much attention as a child. Ever since his early childhood, his parents had been busy with running their own company, and with this many children they needed to work hard to provide for them. The older siblings played together most of the time, so often Inoue was left out. they had a nanny until Inoue was around 7, but he never really liked her much. not for any particular reason, they just did not get along. Around the age of 4 he would start showing interest in the piano thou whenever the nanny played it for the children. The family had a huge black piano in the livingroom, and Inoue had always liked listening when their mother played it.. but now he wanted to try it himself. So the nanny would teach him a bit, and the year after his parents assigned him to a teacher. the teacher was the son of one of Inoue's dad's friends. he was 10 years older than the 5 year old Inoue, but had been playing for 10 years himself. so like this he could earn some money, and Inoue could get to learn how to play.
In his early childhood there is not much more to describe. it was fairly standard. School started, and the first year passed by without much trouble. Inoue was a quiet and shy boy, so most of the time he was just minding his own business. He spend a lot of time when home on practecing the piano, and it appeared that this was his only interest. On his second year of school things started to change. a new boy was starting in their class. a boy who was far bigger than the very small Inoue - bigger and meaner. it didn't take long before he had picked out the smallest boy.. quickly this boy got two other boys to go along with it, and they mocked on Inoue no matter what he did. Inoue however never spoke of it to anybody. Not his teachers, nor his parents. he lowered his head and endured it, just like many other children did.
His childhood was however not all bad only. another boy in class, who unline Inoue was very outgoing, sometimes a bit loud and very charismatic would soon notice the smaller boy's problem. one day during lunch, when Inoue was 7, this boy; Sora, would stand up for him and defend him. This was the beginning of a very strong friendship that would last.
The bullying however didn't stop despite Sora now defending him, and at the age of 8 Sora had talked his smaller friend into telling his parents. But oh how would he regret it. The parents brushed it off, claiming that it was just Inoue being over sensetive. He had never mentioned a word about it before, so they thought it to just be some unimportant, minor things. They didn't know the damage they did to their boy; he was already a very timid, closed boy, and this did not make it any better.
Inoue felt betrayed after this. Finally he had reached out for them and asked for help, but the help had not been given. Being angry at them for not aknowledging his problems, he tried to punish his parents by not talking to them while at home. not them nor the siblings. he thought it was a good punishment, and he thought it would make them worry for him. But as he got no reaction to his behavior, it only caused him to start acting even weirder. Randomly he would throw stuff at the floor, breaking plates and painting on the walls was just some of his wrong doings. He was an attention seeking little brat - but somehow it worked. Well, at least bad attention was better than no attention at all, right? But the tantrums Inoue was throwing, wouldn't be accepted very often, and it was not rare that his dad would give him a light beating for breaking things, or hit him when he started screaming for no reason and refused to stop. His mother would cry furiously over him, as she had no idea what was going on with her usually so timid son.
But things were to change, and the type of attention Inoue got had a drastic change half a year fter he turned 9. For a while Inoue had felt extremely tired and in general just sick. he started complaining, and in the end his mother took him to the doctor. Mainly to shut him up, because" he was being whimpy". but what had seemed like a general not-feeling-well periode, it appeared to be much more serious. acute leukemia.
Inoue was devastated by this, and thought for sure that he would die. the next time was in and out of the hospital, and he had a hard time keeping up with schoolwork. He never told Sora what was wrong, and the teachers had been instructed to not tell his classmates. This was a very rough time for both Inoue and his family, and at some point it looked like he was not gonna make it. not because of the sicknes itself, as he was in clear bettering from it, but because of how sick he got from the chemotherapy.
But for once in his life, Inoue was blessed by a lucky angel. one cold winter night he got the final result from the doctors; he had survived. he was no longer sick.
This had changed Inoue. He was still the quiet boy, but the tantrums of his had stopped. Even if he did not get much attention from his parents yet once again, he now appreciated what he had. he wouldn't pity himself anymore for only having one friend, and he wouldn't mope around over small things. to him it was a gift just being alive, and the now 11 year old boy seemed to be more positive in general. he worked hard on his things at school, and he was more outgoing with Sora - He would stay over at Sora's place more often, and in general he appeared more social.

But life moved on, and when the hormones starts playing in on teenage boys, of course they will eventually fall in love. To Inoue, this first time was with the older sister of Sora. She was both pretty, smart and popular, so of course he was a obvious option for a love interest. Yet Inoue was of course terrified of telling her. these feelings was brand new to him, and the fear of rejection was great in him. so for a full year he kept quiet about it. but as Sora could easily tell, he confronted Inoue at the age of 13. Inoue admitted that he liked her, and Sora urged him into telling her, since he would like to see them together; he loved them both, so why not?
The only problem was that Inoue was 13, and Sora's sister was 18. so as he told her, she laughed and asked him "what did you expect?"
Being a sensetive guy, Inoue took this deeply to the heart. what had he expected?
The very next day the bullies stepped one step too close. in a rage out of another world did he give them back. one of them he punched so hard that he lost a tooth, and the other he tossed a chair at. He was fed up by them. He somewhat blamed Sora. If Sora hadn't urged him into telling her, he would never have felt this broken. He started taking a distance to Sora, and despite Sora trying to hold onto his friend, they eventually started to loose contact. Mainly because Inoue got transferred to another school due to his violent behavor.

Inoue was of course bothered by it. his parents wasn't happy for his actions, but in the end they would eventually stop holding a grudge. Even thou Inoue didn't have much happyness in his life, suicide was never an option. He had survived the worst, so he wouldn't throw his life away! Also the short boy had started growing tall by now. finally he was the one to stick head over the rest of his classmates, and as he started doing sports - mainly running longrun to get his head cleared, or working out at a gym nearby the new school, he also started to gaign a bit more weight so he wasn't such a frail little toothpick.
But Inoue wasn't all lucky just yet. one morning he woke up with a strange bugle on his nec. and yet another round of chemotherapy was scheduled for him. Lymphoma. Luckily thou he got the treatment started so fast that the doctors was able to cure him. To once more have survived after causing his parents trouble, he made a vow to himself; he would never be ungrateful to his parents again. never would he cause them trouble. He would obey their wishes, and pay them back like that for them paying the many hospital bills.

But life moved on, and Inoue attended highschool. His parents decided to send him off to a quite expensive boarding school. They thought it would be good for him to get a bit away from home.
Here he met Sora yet once again, as he was assigned to the very same school, and they ended up as roommates. Inoue couldn't help but being grateful for this. their friendship was a bit hard to get restarted, but Sora knew Inoue so well, so he managed to make his way back into his life again.
As expected life in a highschool caused all sorts of typical teenage problems; questions about ones sexuality, friendships and enemies. Inoue somehow managed to get himself tangled up in a relationship with a guy, since he through the first whole year had been madly in love with a girl from the class above him. But the very same day she rejected him, the guy confessed to him. Inoue felt bad for letting him down, as he had just experienced that kind of heartbreak the same day. Time passed on, and despite Inoue being the worst boyfriend ever, he did start to care about the guy. He cheated on him many times, but was always forgiven somehow.

But Inoue was for sure testing out his lovelife. He had never felt attraction towards the boyfriend in a sexual way, and of course he got a girl as his next partner. He never told anybody about the ex boyfriend, and he tried his best to pretend it never happened... Thou he can't fully deny that he sometimes do miss having him around, since he was a good friend at least.

He found a girlfriend next, whom he several times actually thought of marrying when they got older - so much in love he was. But a year passed, and she did not want to sleep with him. she wasn't ready for it, while Inoue was more than ready. This of course lead to Inoue breaking up.
Through all these love problems, Inoue was facing pressure from his parents. They wanted him to attend medical school later in his life, and so they urged him to study, and even forbid him to have relationships. Despite the vow Inoue had made earlier, he of course didn't quite obey his parents. They had many arguments, which only got worse over time.
Inoue transferred school at some point due to another violent incident, and at this new school he for the first time ever experienced attraction towards another male.

Inoue was facing depression through some time, but got medication and psychological help. for the rest of his highschool time, which was only a few months, he stayed alone. focused on his studies. he lived by one of his brother's places at this time, secretly kept from his parents who did not want to talk to him or even look at him again. It was also at this time that Inoue decided to never want to be with a guy again. he felt embarrased over himself for ever even thinking so.

He also took a model job for a few months simply just to get some money in on the account. But the life of a model didn't suit him, and quickly would he quit it again. This however was coming back to him two years later when he was 21. A fancy hostclub in Shinjuku, Tokyo was hirering new staff. The boss saw Inoue's photos in an older magazine - and it just happened to be at a cafe in Shinjuku where Inoue had stopped to get a cup of coffee. It was all a coincidence, but this was how he got in contact with the new boss of his. at this time he studied music at Tokyo university of the arts, and considered quitting the job at the company, since he felt more like he was just the boytoy of the boss rather than a coworker.
So one week later Inoue went to the hostclub to apply for job. Why not? It was better than the company.
One year later he was one of their poster-hosts along with 9 others. on flyers for the hostclub, and despite him not being too fond of attention from strangers, he didn't mind working there. Every host had their 'personality' and it was okay that Inoue was a quiet, polite and distant guy. This was just the way they branded him.
Eventually he was however fed up with it. He needed something else, something where he didn't have to interact with costumers in the same way, so he applied for a job in a bookstore not far from the university. He started selling some compositions from time to other to smaller companies, for commercial use or other similar things. not anything big, but at least a start.

Bios:
The short version:
He was a frail kid with many siblings, and didnt' get much attention from his parents. he had one friend at school, but got bullied by some of the others. Nothing much out of an ordinary childhood. he got sick when h was around 9, but luckily did he manage to get better. He could be a bit of a problem child sometimes to his parents. his first love was the older sister of his best friend, but she rejected him. highschool was a rough time on him, just like for most other people as he was dealing with your usual teenage life of love problems, friendship and so on. he had some bad relationships which made him close off to new people after this. He worked for some time after highschool to pay for hs studies. his parents wanted him to study medicin, but as they cut him out of their life and kicked him out when he was 19(because he had gotten a boyfriend) he decided to follow his own heart and study music, since he had been interested in it since early childhood. he worked for a while at a big company, but also took a stop at a modeling company where he worked as a model for a few months. Later on he ended up working at a hostclub on the side of his studies. This only lasted for a short while, as it just wasn't his type of job. in stead he managed to find a nice job in a bookstore not far from uni.

The long version:
Being the youngest in a family with 7 children, Inoue never got much attention as a child. Ever since his early childhood, his parents had been busy with running their own company, and with this many children they needed to work hard to provide for them. The older siblings played together most of the time, so often Inoue was left out. they had a nanny until Inoue was around 7, but he never really liked her much. not for any particular reason, they just did not get along. Around the age of 4 he would start showing interest in the piano thou whenever the nanny played it for the children. The family had a huge black piano in the livingroom, and Inoue had always liked listening when their mother played it.. but now he wanted to try it himself. So the nanny would teach him a bit, and the year after his parents assigned him to a teacher. the teacher was the son of one of Inoue's dad's friends. he was 10 years older than the 5 year old Inoue, but had been playing for 10 years himself. so like this he could earn some money, and Inoue could get to learn how to play.
In his early childhood there is not much more to describe. it was fairly standard. School started, and the first year passed by without much trouble. Inoue was a quiet and shy boy, so most of the time he was just minding his own business. He spend a lot of time when home on practecing the piano, and it appeared that this was his only interest. On his second year of school things started to change. a new boy was starting in their class. a boy who was far bigger than the very small Inoue - bigger and meaner. it didn't take long before he had picked out the smallest boy.. quickly this boy got two other boys to go along with it, and they mocked on Inoue no matter what he did. Inoue however never spoke of it to anybody. Not his teachers, nor his parents. he lowered his head and endured it, just like many other children did.
His childhood was however not all bad only. another boy in class, who unline Inoue was very outgoing, sometimes a bit loud and very charismatic would soon notice the smaller boy's problem. one day during lunch, when Inoue was 7, this boy; Sora, would stand up for him and defend him. This was the beginning of a very strong friendship that would last.
The bullying however didn't stop despite Sora now defending him, and at the age of 8 Sora had talked his smaller friend into telling his parents. But oh how would he regret it. The parents brushed it off, claiming that it was just Inoue being over sensetive. He had never mentioned a word about it before, so they thought it to just be some unimportant, minor things. They didn't know the damage they did to their boy; he was already a very timid, closed boy, and this did not make it any better.
Inoue felt betrayed after this. Finally he had reached out for them and asked for help, but the help had not been given. Being angry at them for not aknowledging his problems, he tried to punish his parents by not talking to them while at home. not them nor the siblings. he thought it was a good punishment, and he thought it would make them worry for him. But as he got no reaction to his behavior, it only caused him to start acting even weirder. Randomly he would throw stuff at the floor, breaking plates and painting on the walls was just some of his wrong doings. He was an attention seeking little brat - but somehow it worked. Well, at least bad attention was better than no attention at all, right? But the tantrums Inoue was throwing, wouldn't be accepted very often, and it was not rare that his dad would give him a light beating for breaking things, or hit him when he started screaming for no reason and refused to stop. His mother would cry furiously over him, as she had no idea what was going on with her usually so timid son.
But things were to change, and the type of attention Inoue got had a drastic change half a year fter he turned 9. For a while Inoue had felt extremely tired and in general just sick. he started complaining, and in the end his mother took him to the doctor. Mainly to shut him up, because" he was being whimpy". but what had seemed like a general not-feeling-well periode, it appeared to be much more serious. acute leukemia.
Inoue was devastated by this, and thought for sure that he would die. the next time was in and out of the hospital, and he had a hard time keeping up with schoolwork. He never told Sora what was wrong, and the teachers had been instructed to not tell his classmates. This was a very rough time for both Inoue and his family, and at some point it looked like he was not gonna make it. not because of the sicknes itself, as he was in clear bettering from it, but because of how sick he got from the chemotherapy.
But for once in his life, Inoue was blessed by a lucky angel. one cold winter night he got the final result from the doctors; he had survived. he was no longer sick.
This had changed Inoue. He was still the quiet boy, but the tantrums of his had stopped. Even if he did not get much attention from his parents yet once again, he now appreciated what he had. he wouldn't pity himself anymore for only having one friend, and he wouldn't mope around over small things. to him it was a gift just being alive, and the now 11 year old boy seemed to be more positive in general. he worked hard on his things at school, and he was more outgoing with Sora - He would stay over at Sora's place more often, and in general he appeared more social.

But life moved on, and when the hormones starts playing in on teenage boys, of course they will eventually fall in love. To Inoue, this first time was with the older sister of Sora. She was both pretty, smart and popular, so of course he was a obvious option for a love interest. Yet Inoue was of course terrified of telling her. these feelings was brand new to him, and the fear of rejection was great in him. so for a full year he kept quiet about it. but as Sora could easily tell, he confronted Inoue at the age of 13. Inoue admitted that he liked her, and Sora urged him into telling her, since he would like to see them together; he loved them both, so why not?
The only problem was that Inoue was 13, and Sora's sister was 18. so as he told her, she laughed and asked him "what did you expect?"
Being a sensetive guy, Inoue took this deeply to the heart. what had he expected?
The very next day the bullies stepped one step too close. in a rage out of another world did he give them back. one of them he punched so hard that he lost a tooth, and the other he tossed a chair at. He was fed up by them. He somewhat blamed Sora. If Sora hadn't urged him into telling her, he would never have felt this broken. He started taking a distance to Sora, and despite Sora trying to hold onto his friend, they eventually started to loose contact. Mainly because Inoue got transferred to another school due to his violent behavor.

Inoue was of course bothered by it. his parents wasn't happy for his actions, but in the end they would eventually stop holding a grudge. Even thou Inoue didn't have much happyness in his life, suicide was never an option. He had survived the worst, so he wouldn't throw his life away! Also the short boy had started growing tall by now. finally he was the one to stick head over the rest of his classmates, and as he started doing sports - mainly running longrun to get his head cleared, or working out at a gym nearby the new school, he also started to gaign a bit more weight so he wasn't such a frail little toothpick.
But Inoue wasn't all lucky just yet. one morning he woke up with a strange bugle on his nec. and yet another round of chemotherapy was scheduled for him. Lymphoma. Luckily thou he got the treatment started so fast that the doctors was able to cure him. To once more have survived after causing his parents trouble, he made a vow to himself; he would never be ungrateful to his parents again. never would he cause them trouble. He would obey their wishes, and pay them back like that for them paying the many hospital bills.

But life moved on, and Inoue attended highschool. His parents decided to send him off to a quite expensive boarding school. They thought it would be good for him to get a bit away from home.
Here he met Sora yet once again, as he was assigned to the very same school, and they ended up as roommates. Inoue couldn't help but being grateful for this. their friendship was a bit hard to get restarted, but Sora knew Inoue so well, so he managed to make his way back into his life again.
As expected life in a highschool caused all sorts of typical teenage problems; questions about ones sexuality, friendships and enemies. Inoue somehow managed to get himself tangled up in a relationship with a guy, since he through the first whole year had been madly in love with a girl from the class above him. But the very same day she rejected him, the guy confessed to him. Inoue felt bad for letting him down, as he had just experienced that kind of heartbreak the same day. Time passed on, and despite Inoue being the worst boyfriend ever, he did start to care about the guy. He cheated on him many times, but was always forgiven somehow.
It was in general a very confusing time in his life, and he ended up breaking up due to some terrible things happening with the roommate of his boyfriend. deffinetly a tangled love triangle.
But Inoue was for sure testing out his lovelife. He had never felt attraction towards the boyfriend in a sexual way, and of course he got a girl as his next partner. He never told anybody about the ex boyfriend, and he tried his best to pretend it never happened... Thou he can't fully deny that he sometimes do miss having him around, since he was a good friend at least.
Life continued being complicated - as it probably is for pretty much everyone at his age. He found a girlfriend next, whom he several times actually thought of marrying when they got older - so much in love he was. But a year passed, and she did not want to sleep with him. she wasn't ready for it, while Inoue was more than ready. This of course lead to Inoue breaking up.
Through all these love problems, Inoue was facing pressure from his parents. They wanted him to attend medical school later in his life, and so they urged him to study, and even forbid him to have relationships. Despite the vow Inoue had made earlier, he of course didn't quite obey his parents. They had many arguments, which only got worse over time.
Inoue transferred school at some point due to another violent incident, and at this new school he for the first time ever experienced attraction towards another male.
Time passed and eventually the guy had convinced Inoue to go into a relationship with him, after chasing back and forth for a very long time. at this point Inoue have had a lot of flirts, a lot of heartbreaks, but had decided to give it one last shot. Maybe this time someone would take care of his heart and treasure it.

Sadly this was not the case. Only one week after they started dating, he found out that his boyfriend was cheating on him.
Devastated by this, Inoue took one last change of heart.
He simply stopped giving one single fuck about anything. He had been kicked out by his parents when they found out he was dating a guy, and now he was betrayed by the guy also.
Inoue was facing depression through some time, but got medication and psychological help. for the rest of his highschool time, which was only a few months, he stayed alone. focused on his studies. he lived by one of his brother's places at this time, secretly kept from his parents who did not want to talk to him or even look at him again. It was also at this time that Inoue decided to never want to be with a guy again. he felt embarrased over himself for ever even thinking so.

But after highschool Inoue had to decide on his future. His good grades had gotten him a scholarship for a good university in Tokyo. But Inoue finally took the desicion to move on with his music. Ever since he was 4 he never lost interest in it, and over the years he had started playing other instruments as well for the purpose of knowing them so he could work on what he truly wanted; composing music.
So it was time to save up some money, and for a time he would work in a big company, where he only got the job because he was sleeping with the boss of that department. She was fairly young, but because of her career she did not have time for a relationship. Having Inoue around was convenient.
He also took a model job for a few months simply just to get some money in on the account. But the life of a model didn't suit him, and quickly would he quit it again. This however was coming back to him two years later when he was 21. A fancy hostclub in Shinjuku, Tokyo was hirering new staff. The boss saw Inoue's photos in an older magazine - and it just happened to be at a cafe in Shinjuku where Inoue had stopped to get a cup of coffee. It was all a coincidence, but this was how he got in contact with the new boss of his. at this time he studied music at Tokyo university of the arts, and considered quitting the job at the company, since he felt more like he was just the boytoy of the boss rather than a coworker.
So one week later Inoue went to the hostclub to apply for job. Why not? It was better than the company.
One year later he was one of their poster-hosts along with 9 others. on flyers for the hostclub, and despite him not being too fond of attention from strangers, he didn't mind working there. Every host had their 'personality' and it was okay that Inoue was a quiet, polite and distant guy. This was just the way they branded him.
Eventually he was however fed up with it. He needed something else, something where he didn't have to interact with costumers in the same way, so he applied for a job in a bookstore not far from the university. He started selling some compositions from time to other to smaller companies, for commercial use or other similar things. not anything big, but at least a start.

Additional information:

-he can be pretty violent every now and then, but it rarely happens.

- he loves music but among every instrument he prefers the piano
-he've been taking piano lessons since he was 4, before that he loved to press randomly at the piano at their home.
-He can play guitar, flute and violin too, but is not even close to being as skilled as with the piano. He started to learn this as he was younger, to get a better understanding for composing music.

- He's ticklish on the neck, the sides and the backside of his knees.. also his collarbones and ears are kind of sensetive, which is ex. a reason why he can't use earplugs or heaphones that gets into the ear for very long as it starts to hurt.
- He doesn't like to watch horror movies, as it scares the shit out of him so he can't sleep.
- He's difficult to get to close down the mask, but when it happens he will fight to get it back up again
- He's an emotional drunk. When drinking he will drop the mask at some point, and then you'll easily be able to see him both laugh and smile.
