M'yeah, I kinda get what you mean. I think you're specifically referring to the Nataraja/Dancing God pose, no? Which, I believe, is not unintentional, given that the Tandavam, the dance Shiva performs when they assume that pose, is the dance that destroys the world (way too appropriate to be a mere coincidence considering what Ava did).

Idk, but Ava's Demon is the only one that have captured me. I have already tried to read other online comics like SSSS (Stand Still Stay Silent), but nothing like AD cought my atetion as hard.
I'm going to follow your choice off life and try to read other, although I finished AD in one sit, this could be a bad idea in the end...

My friend pointed out that her smile and expression seems vacant, and emotionless.
The void in her chest drawer and the rips in the paper behind her seem to sort of
further point towards Ava basically feeling empty in this picture despite smiling.
She's not feeling pure joy, so it's in the uncanny valley.
