A portrait assignment for figure drawing. This is from the collection of photos "Platon's Republic," a very nice collection of portraits, some beautiful in a delicate way and others beautiful in a repulsive way. Anyways, it turned out alright. Charcoal with white conte on blue toned paper. Yay!Related content

Ralphie knew there was trouble in the air, quickly Albert pulled Ralphies calculator out of the chestpocket of his new inspector gadget shirt and broke his X2400 RZ calculator... that day... he unleashed the infernal rage that had built up for all those years. (silent sequence) He suddenly screamed out with a high pitched voice "Mothafu**ah!! you broke my calculator, bitch!" he bitchslapped Albert continuously for 2 whole minutes, the slapping was followed by an gruntish face wich Fat Albert barely caught a glimpse of as he fell down unconscious*

..you have any idea what kind of paper that is? i think i used it once, (if its what i used that one time i made a cool charcoal drawing) i'd really like to know what type of paper it is

very cool, strong lighting, it just might have been better if you had composed the picture so that top of the head went off the page a little bit so that it's not right at the edge of the paper. but otherwise really awesome

bah, it's just the picture i took, couldn't fit the whole paper into the photo without showing the room i was taking a picture of it in. there's some negative space at the top

haha, i know, i wish i had a scanner, although, that wouldn't scan this well, but i should really find a way to turn that date off. oh well, when i do, i can always update.
