Thats just Kaz from a game that I am currently "re"working.There's no done concept for him like Hank/Helleb/Cassandra, but thats not too necessary for now, he is an "Dwarf dragon" (a dragon that stopped growing at some point of his life), and his true nature isn't yet revealed (real color)
My first attempt of making an monster on patchcon style, I liked it ^^
