Roaming this world are two Titans.

Carina Canopus. Known by a few different names! The Celestial Keel. The Blind Idiot Demigoddess. The Star-Scraper. Or most recently...Carrie-Boo. Hers is but an age-old story of ascension followed by descension--her arrogant yet desperate attempts to rise into true godhood had cost her a literal piece of her mind, cast onto the earth with all of its secrets. Here she was, stripped of her seat, her robes, and her memory of how to perform ANY magic. All she could do was give magic power to others. This was just fine for a while! She didn't know what to do with all this magic power anyway!

...and then she lost yet MORE of her mind. She's only one more lost chunk away from being mindless. What little remains of her now has decided to march forward.

If she gets even a little bit of her "Mindpiece" back...she may lose her godhood. If she knows too much, the heavens will not risk letting her keep divine power. But she'll get most of herself back again. Perhaps not all of it. But enough to be lucid once more. For now, leading her along is...

Jacklyn Irons. The Giant of Morris Hills. Her name is of her own choice. Partly to disassociate herself with the "prestigious" place of empty neglect that was Morris Hills. Partly because she has a human form--a very tall, muscular, near-bald woman who often prefers to wear very heavy armor. Partly because she views herself as a wall of stone and steel to protect those in need. And as of now, no one needed her more than this divine entity gifted with immense magic power--and NO idea how to use any of it.

She'd worshiped Carina before. She'd gone out at nights to place mooncakes on her altar, and see them be whisked away by the stars themselves, pleading her a chance to lend her power and resolve in her time of need.

Now...it was her turn. Be it some other inconsiderate deity, or some veritable street magician trying to take advantage of her...this is the duty of a subject of the heavens.

The duty of a true friend.

They eventually did locate the Mindpiece! At least, they believe they did. Perhaps hidden in some miscreant's treasure hoard, melding as a nondescript blue shape into a rolling hill of gold. Of course, Jacklyn wouldn't know herself--people started to flee at the sight of Carina. Even seeing her a full day in advance, there seemed barely enough time to evacuate the town from this...THING march ceaselessly towards them all! Big enough to trample their homes to the ground if she truly wanted!

It seemed she would. Coming upon the wall she proceeded to walk into it, sending a deep rumbling through the town before her. Until...

"STOP!!!!"

"...?"

At Jacklyn's behest...Carina's march forward was halted. The Titaness just gormlessly stood in place, only now realizing there was a wall in her way, and not seeming to know what to do with it.

"I'm sorry Carrie-Boo...I need to go in alone. I'll try going in with my human form. But I need you to stay out here. If you go any further in, you'll destroy this town."

"..."

It was only upon getting inside the walls that she was immediately stormed by guards, requiring her to assume her Stone Giant form yet again, just to ward them all off.

And there, she had encountered HIM....

Berserker Lord Bakugou and Kirishima the Unbreakable. The people of this seemingly doomed town called for heroes...and heroes came. And looked over the horizon, smoky and painted with the colors of nebulae, seeing that immense, night-blue figure peeking over the wall.

"H-holy CRAP...Bakugou, are you serious right now? We gotta fight that thing?"

"Shaddup, Dragon breath! We're getting to that! Besides, the one we need to take care of is THAT thing. Speaking of which...hello, you big ugly bastard."

"Hrmph...listen SIR. I literally couldn't care any less for whatever this is supposed to be. I'm after a bright, night-sky blue hunk of jewelry about...that big. I need it because my big divine friend's very mind is deteriorating without it. Have you or anyone else seen the thing?"

"HAH!! AS IF!!! I only came here on orders to beat you two into the ground because that giant idiot over there is threatening everyone in this town just by being here! And I haven't seen SHIT!! How the hell would anyone know what you're looking for?! Other than a way for you to be less ugly, or your friend to be less big and stupid?!"

"The nerve of you...I'm TRYING to be reasonable. TRYING to negotiate this as peacefully as possible for her sake. How about I just ignore the fact that you exist and just see the King about it instead, hm?!"

"Too bad bitch! He's got more important shit to be doing other than indulging you two idiots! But maybe a fight will get his attention! So how about I do what I got paid to do, and show you what I'm made of?"

"Fine. If you insist on being an obstacle, then I'll indulge you, and promptly trample you underfoot for the disrespect you've shown my friend and patron!"

"Bring it on, fuckin' butterface! HEY!!! YOU BLIND IDIOT GODDESS!!! LET THIS BE A LESSON TO YOU!!!"
