Lil pic of Lina I doodled a while back~ I have inked the pic but didn't feel like scanning it so I colored the sketch~! Tis very messy! This one is very much "inspired" by the Slayers doujin I collect~ the works of Himuro Doll.

i think it's because I read so many shonen comics xD
(tho I'm not a fan of the really straight up GUY manga, like bleach, etc.)
Even when I was still in school, it didn't start until mid to late august... and that was college. HS didn't start until September.

Borders has a pretty wide selection of manga now... i don't think i'm drawn to shonen stuff especially, or for a reason.. it just winds up being that way it seems xD
I read a few girls' comics too (like Fushigi Yuugi and Ayashi no Ceres, and Hot Gimmick), but it seems the majority of my of my bookshelf is guys' books
