This one is old too. I did this back when I was obsessed with luleiya 's way to draw hair and I wanted to try to do something similar... and I failed. Her work is just too perfect

This is breathtakingly beautiful
The obvious details of the hair is gorgeous, I really love the variety of thin and slightly bolder lines in there as well
The glow from the light, gives this such a warm and dreamy effect *u *
Also adore the clean, crisp and smooth lines.
And the minor highlighting and shading on Ulqui's hair gives it a nice painted look which I adore
But what I LOVE most about this piece has got to be the emotion portrayed through the pose and the lighting as well as the slight colors in that background.
