This is why I do not like sketchbooks, because it's all fun and games until you draw something that actually good, and then those devilish little blue lines laugh in your face...
I suppose I could just buy a line-less notebook, but that would require an expediture of effort that I am not prepared to dish out.
Pencilled and inked in sketchbook, hastily and vaguely coloured in photoshop just for the sake of contrast and texture, though in fact I quite like it as it is and even if I had the skills and patience to colour it properly, I wouldn't.

I smudged the background to make the pic stand out, but you can still see the large eyes behind him and on the bottom right a head, both inspired by Fealasy's style [link]
