Seeing that you really care a lot for your girlfriend, this is a very nice way to cheer her up. I mean, It's obvious all of us who had boyfriends/girlfriends ourselves would be shocked to know that your special someone has fallen ill or something. Once again, things like this show how much you care, but you sure have made multiple ones showing how much you care. In fact, that just shows you really do love your girlfriend from the bottom of your heart.
Depression is one of those serious illnesses, and it can surely cause problems, but since you care for her a lot, it might just make a bit less worse, and that would be good. Also, did you reskin your GMod-sona specifically for this picture? Or was it already like that?ir Either way, that's a good reskin you have there. I kinda dig it.
In conclusion, this here is a very fine piece of work. I also like how you threw in your pony-sonas in there. It adds to the detail that's already in there. This also looks like something that would make a good print. Nice job in advanced.

This is so sweet Shadow. In all honesty, I have depression as well (and taking meds for it as well), and I must say that it isn't easy. But since she has you by her side to care for her and love her the way you do, I think everything will be okay
