Again to much negative space but it is better than the other one. The slighly curved and up going horizont is giving it a nice and harmonic feeling. There is an old photography rule that says that you should never position the horizont in the middle of the photo. (And now I can see you rolling your eyes because of this sentence but I couldn't resist)
