Finally finished! This began as a kind of "renewed" version of .CAUTION., but her legs didn't look right...
So I cut them off.

This image was sketched and scanned, then inked with Photoshop. It was then colored in Painter IX, and finally text and target effects were added back in Photoshop.

Very nice work, very fun and your painting technique is great, such a wonderful sense of the form. There's some nice movement in the hair, very fluid and it feels natural with the rest of the pose as well as having a nice aesthetic. If I absolutely had to offer any suggestions, I would consider changing up the angle on the pose just a little. The subject's right arm just reads a little awkwardly. It's right, it's just a slightly awkward angle and one of the great things about being an artist is having the power to change that, right?

I see that you have cut out the legs, but right now, all you've got is a floating torso. And a lot of empty space. The design elements ( the circles ) seem pretty weak and unessicary and unrelated to the main work. What I suggest is thinking of element that go a long with the police line and make new design elements based on those, You could always have a huge sash of a police line coming forward in space to cut off the view of the legs. You don't need a background, but if you want to add design elements give them as much thought as the main character you have as that will add a lot to the overall peice.

I love the white hair and dark complexion, it's my favorite combo! the hair looks great although the ends look like they got sliced off
I love the design of this too, I think it would look pretty cool on a T-shirt
