I really like this.
In my headcaonnon, Sherlock is the very first incarnation of the Doctor. Moriarty is the first incarnation of the Master, and Mycroft is still Sherlock's older brother ^^
Or, in another line of thought, Sherlock is the Doctor's half-human son. Ah, headcannon, you are fun.
