Another work for from France!
This is an OC created in the universe of 'Shadowrun', a table-top game.
Shadowrun has a blend of fantasy elements set in a futuristic sci-fi world, I think.
The story is about this black elven woman, Ekundayo, who is a former child soldier trained as a sniper. She had a rough young life, but eventually managed to leave the camp, started a new life and had two children. It was almost a perfect life but when her husband died, they were having a big money problem. One day, an old acquaintance showed up out of nowhere and offered Ekundayo a way to get them rid of their money problems. She didn't hesitate for long, even if it means she needed to take her old rifle out once again. After all, she had no other option. She's reclaiming the nickname she got at the camp; "Akachi" , which means 'the Hand of God', which was also engraved on her rifle.

Shadowrun is a table-top too? I thought there are only the pen&paper and the PC Games.

Sure ^^ table-top is the one with the little miniature figures which you can paint and then play with your army againts the one of somebody else and pen and paper ist the one with the paper sheets and roleplay chars

I could easily see this in a Shadowrun book. You should contact Catalyst Game Labs and see if they're interested in new artists. That person's backstory for their character is pretty sweet. I hope they agree with me that you captured it very well.

honnestly it's far better than many official shadowrun artworks and even sourcebook cover... (that sadly also mean that they don't always take the bests...).
I don't know who's in charge of the art direction these days it's been a while now that I let the SR developpment behind (basicaly when Jason Hardy became the new lead developper...)

More or less. I wasn't a full freelancer, only a contributor and playtester (my english wasn't good enough to be an author). I was involved in the developpement of sourcebook like Shadows of Asia or the unpublished Shadows of Latin America for SR3 and sourcebook like Arsenal, Augmentation, Unwired or Street Magic for SR4. I also wrote an adventure for the french campaign for the sourcebook SOX. All in all it was a cool experience ^^
