HA easy choice. It's obviously Pinkamena Diane Pie, because she kills them slower, letting them suffer more, and cause ponies.
Any Brony/Pegasister would choose her, no matter what her killing stats were.

carl may have killed more people but pinkie cuts people up and makes them in to cupcakes what she then sells to other people
sure carl may have eaten a hand or two and maybe even a full guy but it ain't as near as mess up as pinkie. that and we don't know how many people she's killed
carl also kills most of his victims quickly e.g. the nuke and the fan where
pinkie takes her time with her victims, even going as far as to try and make them life longer so they can suffer longer.
carl also won't kill his friend as seen in the 4 episodes his in where at one point in time, pinkie kills dash. who's not to say fluttershys next?
so in my opinion, i believe that pinkie is the winner in this battle.
carl may have more kills then pinkie but it ain't in the number of victims but how you kill them that truely makes you a sick person
i mean soldiers kill a number of people and they are classed as heroes so like i said.
it's not how many you have killed but how you kill them that counts
