The child of a Gestapo officer and a former prostitute in German-occupied territory, Sehryu inherited her father's hair, eyes and face and her mother's height. As a child and member of the German League of Girls, Sehryu was instilled with fanatical devotion to the Nazi cause. Upon reaching the required age to join the Orpo (Ordnungpolizei or the Order Police), Sehryu learned from her mother (Who had kept the truth on why Sehryu was conceived and why she never met her father despite all the positive things she was told about him) the truth on why she was conceived: to keep herself from being detained for being a resistance intel broker. The realization that her mother was formerly against the Reich (Although she strangely wasn't disgusted by her mother's old occupation) broke her due to the extreme indoctrination and brainwashing, and so she left her mother and severed all ties with her. She set out to find her father and adopted the mindset that "anything done for the good of the Third Reich is good, no matter how immoral or cruel". She eventually found out that her father was retired and already had a family of his own, which broke her even more as she came to the conclusion that her father had already abandoned her like her mother "did". She then decided that the Reich would be her family now, and that she would devote her entire life to "ensuring its safety and enforcing justice to its people, no matter what cruelty or immorality I must perform, for the good of the Third Reich". This mindset and her fanatical devotion led her to becoming part of the Gestapo, in which she served with terrifying competence. She eventually became a key member, and was sent as part of the Gestapo units deployed to Generaloberst Esdeath's forces in Asia to help crush resistance through her investigative prowess.

- Sehryu participated in a special cybernetics program overseen by General Wilhelm "Deathshead" Strasse and Dr. Josef Mengele to create superior soldiers, where she was noted to be one of the few female volunteers and one of the successes. As such, Sehryu has had her arms replaced with cybernetic ones that grant her increased strength and built-in weapons such as blades and miniature energy weapons and her legs from the knee below replaced with cybernetic ones that allow her to run faster than normal soldiers and deliver powerful kicks. When in public, she exchanges them for ones that have a realistic latex covering that looks and feels like human skin and muscle, but only allow her the use of her blades.
- Sehryu has a "pet" Panzerhund named "Hektor", which she obtained from her days in the Orpo. She also seems to have an affinity for robotics as she has expressed interest in learining how to maintain and improve her cybernetics and robotic underlings.
- May or may not have severe mental problems (She has refused check-ups frequently).
- Has been noted to be severely brutal in her interrogation techniques, although they always gain results.
- Despite her emotional and mental issues, is terrifyingly good at her job.
