You've nailed the japanese style completely. The subtlety of her expression, the simplicity of the setting, not overloading the eye, the hair going down on both sides of her face, the makeup on it and the hint of a kimono, it keeps this artwork in balance like a well composed haiku: essential, simple, but full of meaning and space to explore.
