OK soo i desided to make some Sprites here ya goIchigo Fullbring 1 and 3 and New Zangetsu and New Tensha Zangetsu, Renji Abarai TS and Shinkai the Urahara Team
3rd espada Tia Haribel, 4th Esapda Uluquiora Shifer and Resurection old and new, 6th esada Grimmjow Jakerjack, Tsukisima Fullbring Ginjo Kugo and his Bankai Fullbring
And~ SUPER AWESOME SPIDERMAN but help me out here whitch one sould i use the 1st or second

The old ulq wings look way better man. Definately stick with those 
these all look great although Grimmjow looks to be leaning back a mile. And Ginjos final forms hair looks really weird like waaay too white and without shadding

Ginjos Bankai has shading but yeah i might use some darker White for it and what you mean about grimmjow leaning a mile

I think you should use the spiderman number 1 try to sprite out venom X3
