Looks like Tails.exe and Cream.exe are trying to convince Sonic.exe that he's doing a wrong deed and he's acting like a tyrant instead of a hero. Also, notice Tails.exe's blood marks and Cream's makeup outlines are missing? They removed their dragged out deaths and promised a brighter future for Hill Act 1 and the other locations within. So Tails.exe looks semi-less scary and same goes to Cream.exe (even though she doesn't look scary to begin with).
They will promise that they'll snap Sonic.exe and Sally.exe out of believing they're so-called "gods".

I barely notice any different with cream since I don't pay attention to her much..

This also reminds me of my scrapped idea for a Halloween special story. Each of the '.exe's' would have one Chaos Emerald to guard, which would leave Silver to believe that the emeralds may be the key to restoring the world back to normal and saving the future.
