This monster can max at 8000 ATK and DEF and can attack 8 times. Seems a little OP to me. I would include an effect that says: "This monster cannot attack your opponent directly." I believe that should balance it out.

Considering dragon's mirror, i quess you can remove the bit about making it immune to attacks from dark, earth, fire, water, and wind monsters too.
