I've been staying up late to draw things lately i don't know what's up with this.BUT ANYWAY PRINCESS ZELDA.
I tired a different method of colouring this one but I'm not sure if you can tell... hehe.
and sorry the background looks kinda stupid and the angles are off and whatever. I don't do them very often, it's somethign i gotta practice >.> ~

I like your background, it looks neat. I know that doesn't sound true because you were criticizing yourself on them, but hear me out. They're kind of... the colours and simplicity and the clouds all seem like they're from a cross between Wind Waker and Twilight Princess, kind of serious, kind of cartoon. I LIKE IT, NO MATTER WHAT YOU SAY MAN
... and I like clouds a lot, even hot-day lazy-ass clouds like those ones. Seriously, they look like it's a super hot day in Hyrule. Not a princess-rescuing day AT ALL, with that COOKING-HOT HAT ON YOUR HEAD THAT TRAPS ALL THE DAMN HEAT YOUR HEAD GIVES OFF UGGGHHHH. Maybe get an arrow through the hat just to make some ventilation, damn.
Also, the shading on the wall implies a uniquely shaped room or suggesting other walls and junk, which is way better than pretending nothing else would cast a shadow on the wall. Good choice.

it makes me wish I had a sketchy paddy thing for my comp so I could try colouring some of my art lol
The background looks great, I only noticed the angle problem after you mentioned it lol but even then the picture is still FREAKING AWESOME!
And her hair is most likely the best part about it it adds so much to the picture, love the way you made it shine or glimmer or whatever that's called lol

You can always colour your art traditionally, with like markers and pencil crayons and stuff : ) I actually find it more enjoyable that way, I just need to buy a set of better pencil crayons and whatnot >.> herp.
