Relaxing all on her lonesome on a dreary afternoon, Callista spotted a little brown leaf fluttering down out of the corner of her eye. A clear sign that, in spite of the moderate weather, autumn was still fast approaching. Soon enough all the creatures of the north would go to ground, the grass would start to crunch under her paws in the early morning...and most of all, her precious herbs would start to die off, leaving her stores as barren of leaves as the trees. Her eyes stayed locked on that dead leaf for a good, long while, noting in the back of her mind to forage for spare supplies on the way back. Going into the coldest moons, the Kol would need every sprig and leaf they could get their paws on.
