Catching the genius strategist off-guard takes a certain level of flair. Luckily, Yamanaka-kun has flair in spades.

Originally, this picture was larger and involved Shika sitting on a park bench with Ino standing over him, which made it a little clearer that she's just walked up and laid one on 'im, probably his first if not hers, no warning or anything troublesome like that. Unfortunately, the poses from the waist down were dreck in a basket, so I ended up cropping it after it was scanned. Now, my friends inform me, it looks like his legs have given out from shock.

(Sketched in pencil, inked with tracing paper and Micron pens, scanned and colored in Paint Shop Pro, before I discovered reverse-and-merge...hence the stray pixels here and there. I'll probably go back and fix them when I'm not so sick of working on this picture.)
