Name: Nite, King of Samirak

Personality: Arrogant, generally level headed but can easily lose his temper if provoked, he also spends most of his time annoyed at Dae for being so stubborn. In battle he is very blood thirsty and ruthless. Though Nite also has a gentle and caring side which he only shows to those close to him.

History:
Summary: Nite aimed to rule the entire world and had conquered many countries to do so. With half the world in his palm, Nite only needed to conquer the country of Tiorne to have his wish fulfilled. However, the king of Tiorne, knowing he could not defend against Nite’s army at that time, devised a plan. He offered Nite the hand of his first born daughter in marriage. Nite was not interested in the idea, but his advisor and good friend convince him otherwise and Nite accepts the offer. As the Princess was a mere baby, it was agreed that the marriage would be fulfilled when she turned 16 and Samirak and Tiorne would be on peace terms until that day.
After the 16 year wait, Nite is more egger than ever to complete his conquest of Tione, see had no intention of letting the country slip out of his grip. Having the princess would simply add to his right to Tione and her allied countries.
The King of Tione also had no intention of simply handing over his daughter to his enemy and over the years has been secretly building an army strong enough to over throw Nite.
When Nite hears about Tione’s betrayal and the princess leaving the country, he sets out the capture her and complete the bargain while having his army march to Tione’s captial.
The Princess proves more elusive than he had thought though he eventually obtains her.
Nite quickly marries Dae and takes her to his castle much to her displeasure and finds it exceptionally hard to get her to cooperate. After a bit of time Dae generally accepts she won’t be leaving anytime soon and slowly warms up to Nite.

- Nite has orange gemstones growing on his skin since he is an agentum - a spirit whose skin is covered in glowing gemstones. Personality: Naturally kind and gentle, can be rebellious and stubborn. At first, Dae was always argumentative, cold and pouty towards Nite because she hated him (though she is also quite childish). She is later more lovey dovey.

History:
Summary: Dae has been engaged since she was born to a man she has never met. Despite her constant attempts to get to know him (writing letters, etc) he seemingly has no interest in her at all, which disheartens her. With her promised wedding day coming up, Dae finds she cannot go through with such a thing to a man who does not love her and therefore decided to run away – unaware that the engagement was all a scheme.
