It wasn't as cold as you would think XDHand sewn and hand painted. This dress was my first actual female costume undertaking. Took almost half a year to complete.

LOL! Actually it wasn't that bad. It was fairly warm even with the snow (it was starting to melt) and I have a lot of layers on under that skirt.
