I'm sorry I haven't been posting much anything for a while, I have all kinds of health stuff happening, and I lacked the right mood to do more art, + I can't do anything digitally for a while. (not to forget just been lazy too)x3
But since I like being stuck with painting specially acrylics, I made this to warm up a bit.
1-2 hour, acrylic on cardboard

Sometimes i see such birds at night. Seagulls fly in darkness not only at the seaside, but in cities too. I see it sometimes in Warsaw.

Ahh, I can't get over how real that moon looks. Beautiful contrast between the white of the moon and birds and the rest of the night sky.

oAo What color cardboard did you use? Did you have to paint the background black?
I think the moon is my favorite part, but maybe the entire color scheme is what I like the most, haha. Night is such a nice time of day. <3

It was a grey piece of hard cardboard, I painted it first black. :3

Ohhh, so did you end up doing any sketches directly on the cardboard after you painted it all black? I--I have a lot of trouble with not sketching everything before I paint, but it's pretty counterproductive... XD

Haha, well, in this one I didn't make any skethes, but with my cat pictures I painted it in black first, let it dry and then sketch with a pencil, yeah :3 Lot easier that way

You just keep getting better and better, and you KNOW that I just ADORE this piece! It's so pretty, and relaxing, and just downright MAGICAL!
You might have a hard time selling art, because if it's this good I'm the one who's gonna want to buy it all x3
