Thinking what was her mistake?
The warm handprint upon her face,
is making her heartbeat race,
Her father can just stand and stare,
The mother screams in her despair.
Fragile kate is fading fast,
her happy life is in the past.
Lying in a pool of blood,

And then she falls asleep.
Her friends gather round and shout and weep.
