I imagine if Rob Paulsen played Kevin from Ed, Edd n Eddy. Rob Paulsen would have a surfer voice for coming up with the voice of Kevin. He would have it based on an alien character, many people know and love from Fairly OddParents. whose name is Mark Chang. I always find it a little weird that Kevin was the only male character, voiced by a woman.
