What's on the second one? Is that just chocolate chips or what... Anyway, I really like the composition, such beautiful simplicity and shadows and just... everything's so delicious! I like how they all look different. A delicious deviation.

I like the shadows of the chunky truffles. I thought the pistachio one was some kind of green tea powder at first, I wonder how that would taste mixed with truffle-chocolate...

*drools* chocolate is my favorite dessert, and you really captured the elegance of chocolate truffles with your photo...I love the way each one is its own entity, you know that each one is a different fabulous flavor. And the way it's arranged so simply directs your attention right to each chocolate...
My only critique is I personally feel that the picture is a little "weighted" towards the left, since those three truffles are the ones with thicker, rougher toppings (chopped nuts/chocolate shavings?), they contrast with the smoother chocolates on the right, which might make the composition a little "uneven".
But that's really a nitpicky little personal view, I spent several minutes just staring at the chocolates without being able to think of a single critique ^^ (but it does say "Advanced Critique" so I tried to think of something ^^)
These really are such beautiful chocolates, and you captured them well. The rich chocolate color and the decadence of the toppings makes them look really good
