Description Eobasileus was a large rhino-like mammal, part of the Uintatheridae family tree, and was the largest of its kind, measuring 4 metres (13 feet long). This creature, in terms of its appearance was practically identical to the uintatherium. It roamed the plains of North America during the Eocene epoch. It had slightly bigger ossicones than the uintatherium, and was also a little bit bigger as well.
