Ah there is nothing better than rain especially now in this extremely hot time.

Besides the fact that he likes to feel the rain on his skin this picture also shows how his choatic nature influences the enviroment. It was too warm form him and he simply swung his tail and wings to cool himself a lil bit. By doing that he started to spread the hot air in all directions. Without realizing it the heat he was spreading rapidly caused evaporation. In no time rain started to fall down to the joy of the lonely Draconequus.

Thus simply by coincidence he influenced the water cycle in an area that was quite barren. Soon the land turned green and Hern simply continued to journey across the world. Spread chaos in his own special way.
