Description Graphite / Pen & Ink / Colored Pencil Drawing, 2012; This is the first half of my Vitruvian Man Anatomy project for my Drawing & Anatomy class. The project entailed drawing the outlined images of both a front and rear view of a proper proportioned man or woman on two separate sheets of 14 X 17 inch paper. Then we were to attach an overlay sheet of tracing paper over each sheet of drawing paper, and fill in the outlined images with a half muscular half skeletal structure. The structures needed to be fully valued and in color. Leonardo da' Vinci is my idol, on both an artistic and intellectual level, and since his drawing of the Vitruvian Man was a representation of the perfectly proportioned man, it only made sense for me to replicate this image to use for my project (even if that meant having to complete a few extra arms and legs).

This is absolutely awesome! The skull is so finely detailed and the muscles look great in just red and white. I love it
