'I remember it clearly before i sleep. That peculiar alleyway, the neon light shines bright against me, lighting up my coat in vibrant lights. The cold rain soaks against my fur. It was uncomfortable but i enjoyed it regardless. The bright sign infront of me shines, the pixels flashing forming a question that i asked myself most of the time. After all this time, maybe i do seek comfort in solitude but at the same time i can't help but feeling like a hollow wandering shell hoping to meet someone that can give my life meaning. Maybe i was wrong for hoping too much... After the incident happened, i grow to accept myself and learn how to make the most of my life. Now i can only think about where do i head to next this morning... i can enjoy nature again... life is good.'=

Thank you for reading all of that, i hope you enjoy this painting that i made. I kinda miss doing cyberpunk-ish stuff so i thought i might visit it again and here we are! This painting starts in sunday-ish and i finished it today! I think it's faster than my usual process so i'm very proud of it! Plus it's been awhile since i draw city scenes so always nice to do it again hehe.
Well, i gotta get some food to eat.

Oh btw as someone who has a continual sort of story going, i'm a student in AP art and i'm struggling with my concentration(12 pieces "that connect thematically")
I'm trying to be a concept artist and to get the job i want i need to show off the right things in my porfolio which is designs basically, but i cant wrap my head around how to show off designs while also making it its own piece of art. i know how to compose and make art but i don't know how to keep it simple and make the designs the focus of the pieces. My intention and the system seem to be at odds, my job is to work the idea enough the design is able to be shown but not to the point of taking my whole day to make a piece of art out of it,
do you have any exp with ap courses(highschool)?
And do you have any suggestions for me on my predicament?

Hmmm as for suggestions, i think my best bet is to just show off your best, either it's environmental, a roster of character concept art with variety of armors. Things like weapon, furniture can also be shown depending on the area which you want to focus on. While i'm not really a concept artist myself, i think that's pretty much the basics

I can't feel more identified to what that sign says. You portrayed that feeling amazingly well! The neon lights, the falling rain, and the perspective of this scenary is simply stunning. Also your wonderful description really touched my heart! Please never stop doing amazing works of art

What I really love about your works, is not that only these incredibly beatiful environments and landscapes, but also their descriptions and the feels your compostions bring. I feel the solitary search. A mind seeking. Sometimes, without even knowing of what it seeks. Internal conflict. Incertitude. Travelling through mind and space, searching of something one doesn't grasp what is it. An attempt to find yourself.
