You'd think the queen would have a circlet or something to set her apart.

A necklace for her would be nice... Regardless, since all of them are naked but for the bandages, maybe that's to have them ready for their mummification. I've learned about mummies in real life discovered with amulets and things placed among the folds of their bandages, though.

But that's just positioning. Her design isn't significantly different. Unless the servants are incapable of standing upright, in which case there are other issues.

Well tonee89 said it was from a game so really it doesn't matter. Its really however the artist wants to portray their picture. And also positioning has alot to do with a characters status and personality.

Actually, that's exactly why it matters. In the game, you'll want to know which is the stronger leader enemy to target or avoid them specifically.

Cool. You know, these girls look remarkably well-preserved for ancient corpses... I really like their skin tone, and how well it goes with their red eyes. I have a thing for strategically-placed bandages, too, so that's a plus.
