A great friend (I'm talking to you, L-Dawg) informally introduced me to this children's book by Tony Fucile called Let's Do Nothing!. Needless to say, it was love at first sight (and it turned into a full -fledged romance after reading it many times) and, naturally, I was inclined to do heaps of studies from it. So, I now impart them to you. People say don't judge a book by it's cover. Well, I say, judge away. It's really great and cute and everything you want from a kid's book. There's even an animated ad for the book online... somewhere. So go get it... NOW!!! C'mon, have I ever steered you wrong?Related content

Tony when I first saw these I did not even think they were yours! They are AMAZING!!!! This looks like a character pose sheet for a movie or something. You've gotten SUPER AWESOME at drawing!!

I have gotten better at drawing, so you were on the money on that Kiki. I would love to take credit for these amazing designs, but alas, these are just plain old copies of Tony Fucile's illustrations - so no changes, just studies to improve my shape language and such. I will try to put more original stuff up soon though.

even for studies! they are solid drawings tony. glad to see you are taking some inspirations though, I think it is the best and most fun way to learn to draw better!! YAY!! more stuff!!

Yeah, smart lines/ linework is what I'm after, so thanks for noticing! And agreed, it is definitely fun and I have been learning a lot through the studies.
