Yes, that is almost perfect.
the only thing I would change, (and I might for my G&D class) Is make more Bolo Ties.
Why bolo ties, because of a quote from BL2 this made me think of.

Borderlands 2. And the best way I can describe it is along the lines of, punch stuff, get guns, explosions. Throw in some revenge and back stabbing (and a DLC character that was designed by a massive brony) and you have the most addictive game of all time.

These two ponies have never met in combat but their rivalry is legendary.
I'm Applejack and she's Pinkie Pie and it's our job to analyze their weapons, armor, and skills and find out who would win a Death Battle.
Standing 4'7" and weighing 550lbs, 30 of which is probably her hair dye; Mare Naggar.
For many years Naggar was a champion wrestler of Slam Master until being elected mayor of ponyville, a rustic town where disasters happen on a regular basis from various monsters.
Too bad there aren't any more badflanks in office. Most mayors would just increase security or have the princess take care of it, but Mare likes to take things in her own hooves.
Naggar is a former pro-Equestrian wrestler specializing in grabs,holds and quick strikes. She is on earth pony ancestry and proud of it. She even has the symbol for earth ponies as her coat of arms. It is likely she has training in Terran backhold wrestling, which involves bear-hugging your opponent and and keeping your balance while over powering theirs.
She has a devastating moveset ranging from suplexes, body splashes, and her own invention the spinning clothesline double lariat, which Zanderp stole for her own use, but to even the score Naggar copied Zanderp's spinning piledriver. When Naggar isn't overpowering ponies with her pure awesomeness, her weapon of choice is a blunt pipe. Hay she's a mayor who kicks flank and recycles.
Even after her victorious election, Naggar continued your continuous training.

It appears that she wrestles manticores, one of the dangerous creatures of the Everfree Forest. These can grow up to 6 hooves long and can weigh up to 1500 pounds. Wrestling these beasts shows proficiency in the terran backhold.

Let's see. If I were to stick with Marvel vs. Capcom characters, including all previous versions, I might say The Juggernaut. Explanation: Derpy can merely hover into the pillars and sit down on the floors of Town Hall to break them. The Juggernaut's principle ability is being unstoppable once in motion to a destructive degree, so I've always figured her that way after seeing that famous little scene.
